The driving force behind every negotiation, every result, and every success—a dedicated criminal defence lawyer. As the principal and founder of Sydney Defenders, Tom holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B, G.D.L.P., Solicitor & Barrister) and began his legal career in general practice, where he built a strong foundation across multiple legal disciplines including criminal, immigration, and humanitarian law.
His career trajectory led him to some of Sydney's most esteemed criminal law firms, where he thrived advocating for clients facing a spectrum of criminal charges. He continues to regularly represent clients in criminal and driving offences, and has appeared in the Children's Court, Local Court, District Court and the Supreme Court of NSW. Tom has also appeared interstate in Queensland and Victoria.
His status in the industry is drawn from a genuine interest and talent in unravelling the complexities and challenges inherent in criminal cases. His success is derived from a raw dedication to his clients, to his team and with an infinite network of connections, Tom is defining a new league for Sydney's criminal law firm, Sydney Defenders.
