  • Section 10 (1)(a)

    Dismissal without a criminal record.

  • Conditional Release Order (CRO)

    Without a criminal record. The court may impose conditions the accused must comply with such as good behaviour bond, abstaining from drugs and alcohol, etc.

  • Section 10A

    Dismissal with a criminal record. Having a formal conviction appear on your criminal record may impact employment, visa applications, or other areas where relevant.

  • Fine

  • Conditional Release Order (CRO)

    With a criminal record.

  • Community Corrections Order (CCO)

    With a criminal record and additional community service, electronic monitoring, travel restrictions and curfew.

  • Intensive Corrections Order (ICO)

    Custodial sentence that is served outside of jail. May include home detention, electronic monitoring, curfew, drug or alcohol testing, rehabilitation programs, community service and non-association or place restriction orders.

  • Full Time Imprisonment
